Vehicle Data Unit
The little black box that says a lot. DataZone’s key component, the VDU is a microprocessor based electronic unit equipped with an RF transceiver.

Installation

  • Mount the VDU anywhere in the vehicle cabin or trunk
  • Connect directly to the engine computer (CAN, OBD II, J1708 ECM or Speed Sensor)
  • Plug and play: no configuration or calibration needed
  • Supports pulsed speed sensor and ignition signals on older equipment
